Fried Chilly Chappathi

For this recipe you need

2 nos. of chapathi (Left over Chapathi's)
1 big sized onion
1 big sized capsicum
1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. of masala powder
1 tsp of chilli powder
2 tsp. of tomato sauce
2 tsp. of oil
Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste

Chop the onion and capsicum. Cut chappathi into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and capsicum. Saute them well.

To this add turmeric powder, chilli powder ,garam masala powder and salt. Till the raw flavors extract saute them.

Finally add the chapathi pieces and tomato sauce and cook them for 5 mins....

Garnish with coriander.

Fried Chilly chapathi is ready to be tasted................


To make it healthy,you can also add any vegetables like carrot, cabbage and peas to this dish.
