For this Gobi Manchurian you need
1 medium sized cauliflower/gobi
1 tsp. of garam masala powder
1 tsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. of tomato sauce
1 tsp. of soya sauce
1 medium sized capsicum
3/4 cup of maida
1 tsp. of corn flour
oil for deep frying
salt to taste.
Wash and cut the cauliflower.
Mix maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste,little bit of crushed onion and salt along with water to make a paste.
Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry them until golden brown. Keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute them well. Add the chopped capsicum.
Now add the garam masala powder to it.
Add the fried gobi along with tomato and soya sauce .
Mix well and cook them well for 5 min.
Delicious Gobi Manchurian is ready to be tasted..............
