For this fritters you need

First we will start with the ingredients required for marinating

Before frying you need to add this

1 tsp. of rice flour
1 tsp. of corn flour
2 tsp. of All purpose flour.

Preparation

Wash and clean the cauliflower florets.

In a vessel , along with the florets, mix all the ingredients required for marinating.Keep it aside for 2 hrs.
