This is yet another simple  and also a traditional South Indian Rice.It has been a long time, I prepared it.I still remember those days when my mom used to prepare this when planned for a long journey, along with a special coconut chutney(this is different from our usual chutney we prepare for Idli's /Dosa's). I should say they both go very well. Will soon post that coconut recipe, now lets go to the rice. :)
