For this recipe you need
- 1 small watermelon
- Fresh mint leaves for garnishing
Using a sharp knife , chop the watermelon into chunks, chopping the skin and discarding the black seeds.
Place the watermelon chunks in a juicer and blend it well.
Pour the juice directly into glasses and serve immediately. If you want it chilled, add ice cubes before serving.
