Dates Milk Shake

Date is a high-energy food. They are rich in natural fibres. They contain oil, calcium, sulphur , iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese and copper. In other words one date is a minimum of healthy and a balanced diet. They are effective in preventing abdominal cancer and it is the best food for women in confinement and those who are breastfeeding.

For this Milk shake you need

6 - 7 nos. of Dates.
2 cups of Milk
Sugar as needed

Remove the seeds from the dates .

Grind them with 1/2 cup of milk and make a smooth paste.

Now add the remaining milk and sugar as per your taste and blend them well.

Refrigerate and serve it cold.
