Golden Fried Baby Corns
An easy and tasty snack for kids.
For this fritters you need
10 nos. of baby corns
3 tsp. of maida/ All purpose flour
2 tsp. of corn flour
A pinch of colouring powder and asafoetida
1 tsp. of ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of chilli powder
Salt
Oil for frying
Preparation
Chop the baby corns.
In a bowl , mix the flours, with ginger- galic paste , colouring powder, chilli powder and salt.
Add little water and make the batter little thick.
Heat oil in a pan, Dip the chopped baby corn in the batter and deep fry them , until golden brown.
Golden fried baby corn fritters are ready to serve.
Serve it hot with tomato sauce....
